A Top 100 Company did not fully satisfy the ASX Corporate Governance Principles, in relation to their board composition.   The Board wished to ensure they provided a credible, substantive explanation of their decision to deviate from the principle in relation to majority of independent directors.

Cameron Ralph reviewed the operations of the Board, with particular focus on what, if any, impact their composition contributed to governance risk.  Having completed our review, a publishable statement was provided to the company, which they have made public in their annual reports/website.
