Working in partnership with Cameron Ralph, the Board designed a review process that incorporated extensive consultation with members, benchmarking to comparable organisations and the use of customised Cameron Ralph diagnostic tools. Ultimately, membership and Board support was achieved for a significant modernisation of the governance framework, including a significant reduction in board size and a streamlined committee structure.
